Job description

The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and assisting in all aspects of the center’s management, including but not limited to planning, implementation, project management, classroom guidance and behavioral support, budgeting, and providing mentorship and support to staff members. The Manager ensures that children, from infants to preschool age, are adequately supervised and receive high-quality care and education.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  2. Demonstrated skill in strategic planning, and ability to work collaboratively.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Strong budgeting skills with the ability to effectively manage financial resources.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships with staff members.
  7. Well-developed planning, organizing and administrative skills.
