Job summary

Manitoba Child Care Association invites applications for an experienced and inspirational Childcare Assistant at Gillis Play and Learn Center and Tyndall Play and Learn Center. Join our licensed multi-center program serving children from infancy to school age in a supportive, outdoor-focused environment.

You’ll help design and implement an emergent curriculum, support play-based learning, and contribute to planning time and professional development opportunities.

Join Our Team at Gillis Play and Learn Center & Tyndall Play and Learn Center!

Gillis Play and Learn Center and Tyndall Play and Learn Center are licensed, multi-center facilities offering 139 spaces for children from infancy to school age. Located in Tyndall, Manitoba, our centers provide a nurturing and dynamic environment where children grow, learn, and play. We are currently looking for an experienced and inspirational Childcare Assistant to help us design and implement an emergent curriculum program. As a play-based center, our approach focuses on outdoor learning and connecting with nature, with most of our time spent exploring the beautiful surroundings of our small community.
