Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a part-time Child Activity Leader to supervise and support children in a vibrant club environment. You will deliver engaging activities, build strong relationships with families, and help ensure every visit is memorable while following all policies and procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a friendly, proactive approach to support both staff and members in a welcoming setting.

About the Role

This role sits within the Family Activities Team and involves creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive while their parents enjoy the club. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with children and families, deliver engaging activities, and help create exceptional experiences that make every visit memorable. The role is part time, for 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Ensure the Club V environment is safe, attractive and welcoming for all children.
• Deliver engaging activities for children.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Help create exceptional experiences that make every visit memorable.
• Adhere to all company and government policies and procedures.
• Support staff and members as required.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field.
• Previous experience working with children.
• A Health and Social Care qualification does not cover the required child-related qualification.
• Friendly, calm and approachable nature, with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to support both staff and members.
• Ability to build relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Enjoys working in a team and has the drive to inspire and motivate others.

Salary

• £13.25–£13.25 GBP
