Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent or higher.
• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification is required.
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification is preferred.
• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level.

The role sits at the heart of the member experience, combining expertise, presence and commercial awareness. The trainer delivers exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions, designs personalised programmes, and builds meaningful relationships to drive long-term engagement. Virgin Active is evolving into social wellness clubs, offering a fully integrated approach to wellbeing, and the trainer plays a direct role in changing lives through wellness. The employed model provides stability and flexibility, with structured onboarding and access to an industry-leading Training Academy.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• For Expert level: REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
• For Expert level: Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base
• For Elite level: CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• For Elite level: Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification
• For Elite level: Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level
• A genuine passion for changing lives through wellness
• Strong presence and professionalism on the gym floor

Salary

• £17.30—£28.84 GBP
