Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in child development services or early childhood education.
  • Strong understanding of child psychology, developmental theories, and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in program development and facilitation.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build community relationships.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental, social, emotional, and cognitive progress.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs and activities to support child development.
