Tikinagan Child & Family Services oversees services for children in their care. The work is guided by the Mamow Obiki-ahwahsoowin Service Model – everyone working together to raise our children.

Qualifications highlight preference for First Nations ancestry, interest in working with children and youth, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license. No remote work or relocation assistance is available.

Formación

• Interest in working with children and youth.
• Experience with raising a family or community involvement in small remote communities.
• Willing to attend training as required.
• Knowledge of and lived experience with Indigenous culture.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak Oji-cree or Ojibway is an asset.
• Confidentiality must be maintained.
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one.
• Travel is a requirement.
• No remote work available.

Child Care Workers oversee services to children who are in the care of Tikinagan. The work of Child Care Workers is guided by our Mamow Obiki-ahwahsoowin Service Model – everyone working together to raise our children.

Qualifications:
