Winnipeg Incorporated is seeking a Child Care Supervisor for the School Age Program in Winnipeg. The role involves supervising a staff team, guiding day-to-day operations, and developing engaging programs for school-aged children to support their growth.

The successful candidate will lead program implementation, ensure safety and compliance with ELCC standards, and maintain strong communication with families and colleagues in a lively, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3 certification is required.
• Experience supervising staff in an early childhood setting.
• Experience working with preschool or school-age children.
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
