Job summary

The YMCA in Winnipeg, MB seeks a Child Care Supervisor for the School Age Program. The role leads a staff team, oversees daily operations, and ensures programs meet children’s needs in alignment with ELCC and YMCA standards.

Applicants should hold Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3, have staff supervision experience, and demonstrate strong communication with families and children. Emergency First Aid/CPR C and clear background checks are required.
