We're looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer to join us as a co-founder and investor , becoming a key member of our founding team and leadership structure.

Who we're looking for :

  • 5+ years of experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern HR tools.
  • Strategic mindset to scale People operations in early-stage startups or fast-growing teams.
  • Nice to have : experience or knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) services, global hiring, and labor compliance.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong decision-making skills, and a desire to build from the ground up.
