Job summary

Radius Credit Union in Saskatchewan invites a Chief Financial & Risk Officer to lead finance, risk and technology strategy. As a member of the Executive Management Team, you will guide governance, drive sustainable growth, and build credibility across the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFRO will shape policies on capital, liquidity, and regulatory compliance, oversee risk identification and mitigation, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Board and staff.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in finance/risk, preferably in financial services.
• Strong governance, compliance and regulatory understanding.
• Ability to communicate complex matters to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and enterprise risk functions and drive strategic growth.
• Develop policies for capital, liquidity and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation.
• Collaborate with CEO, Board and executives to align priorities.
