VHA Home HealthCare in Ontario seeks a forward-thinking Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team. You will be a strategic partner, shaping organizational strategy, financial stewardship and governance to support sustainable growth.

You will lead transformation initiatives, manage funding models, and position Finance as a strategic partner with stakeholders, funders and government. CPA designation and senior leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with progressive senior financial leadership experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder setting.
• Experience in healthcare, home and community care, or publicly funded environments is highly desirable.
• Experience with investment governance, mergers and acquisitions, and oversight of property portfolios is valuable.
• Ability to use data to inform strategic decision-making and resource optimization.
• Strong communication and board-level liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance strategy, stewardship and governance for VHA Home HealthCare.
• Partner with the President/CEO and Board to drive transformation and sustainable growth.
• Navigate funding models, digital transformation and AI-enabled opportunities.
