Job summary

Recruitment Partners Inc. is assisting Edmonton-based healthcare technology company in its search for a Vice President of Finance.

The role reports to the CFO and leads the global finance function, ensuring integrity in reporting, planning, and governance across multi-entity operations. The ideal candidate holds a CPA with a university degree in accounting or finance and brings 10–15 years of senior finance leadership, including global operations and ERP optimization experience.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and a university degree in accounting/finance are required.
• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience in global operations, multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems optimization and consolidation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global finance function including reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and governance.
• Oversee consolidated reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance across entities and jurisdictions.
• Drive FP&A, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modelling.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and foreign exchange risk; optimize ERP system use.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate investments and strategic opportunities.
