Job summary

Elevate Service Group Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Finance in Burlington, Ontario. This role reports to the CFO and leads finance across the platform in a hybrid setup with travel to subsidiary sites.

The candidate will own budgeting, forecasting, M&A due diligence, and consolidated IFRS reporting for a fast-growing, publicly listed company. The role requires CPA designation, 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required; CFA or MBA is an asset.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and post‑acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the holding company and subsidiaries.
• Lead financial due diligence and post-close integration playbooks for acquisitions.
• Oversee IFRS consolidation and public company reporting, including MD&A and continuous disclosure obligations.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, and credit facilities including acquisition facilities.
• Build and scale a finance team to support rapid growth and acquisition cadence.
