As the business is entering a new phase of growth, focused on innovation, strategic expansion and transformational growth with a long-term plan, they are seeking anaccomplished and entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can drive growth, scale operations, and guide the financial vision of the firm.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will join the Senior Leadership Team as a key strategic partner guiding and leading business and operations shaping Farber’s next evolution. The CFO will be both strategic and hands-on, bringing analytical, data-driven financial expertise to solve complex business problems in a people-centric culture.
This is a broad leadership role including developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business objectives, leading the annual planning and forecasting cycles, acting as the primary financial liaison to external and internal key stakeholders. As the finance steward, own the core finance and accounting functions delivering best in class reporting, cash flow management, risk management and working capital management. Develop a high performing team, one that fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. With the anticipated growth of the business, there will be major initiatives to lead including M&A, technology modernization and automation and building strategic relationships.
