Pay – $50/hr

Shift – Day

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all maintenance and engineering activities within the facility
• Ensure optimal performance of refrigeration, boilers, and production equipment
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues
• Ensure compliance with Ontario safety regulations, TSSA standards, and company policies
• Manage, mentor, and schedule maintenance team members
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records
• Oversee inventory, spare parts, and maintenance budgeting

Requirements

• Valid Ref A License (Ontario) mandatory
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, boilers, and plant utilities
• Experience working in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial settings
