Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of retail department operations.
• Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss.
• Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of franchise and third-party relations.
• Excellent business and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of corporate and franchise store operations.
• Ability to inspire, influence, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize business strategy to drive profitable growth.
• Adopt best-in-class store operation practices to satisfy customer needs.
• Build and lead an organization delivering sustainable financial results and strong customer experience.
• Drive innovation in the retail offering.
• Strategize and deliver business outcomes.
• Establish and manage franchise relationships.
• Be responsible for financial targets set by the VP.
• Measure and track strategy execution.
• Lead workforce and succession planning.
• Provide coaching and development for District Operators & BD Managers.
• Manage franchisee relationships, including contracts, renewals, extensions and store standards.
• Lead Franchisee Committee governance and meetings.
• Oversee Priority Store Process with P&L reviews for select stores.
• Collaborate with HR on Franchisee in Training Program.
• Manage third-party relationships and related contracts.
