Job description

We're seeking a skilled UX / UI Designer to play a central role in reimagining and optimising the customer journey across our digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting User-Centric Experiences :
• Translate business goals and customer insights into high-converting, visually aligned interfaces;
• Use insights from analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to iterate on designs;
• Design Systems & Consistency :
• Maintain and evolve our digital design system in line with brand refresh efforts;
• Apply consistent UX patterns and brand standards across all touchpoints;
• Testing & Validation :
• SUPPORT A / B TEST DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION IN COLLABORATION WITH PRODUCT AND MARKETING;
• Iterate quickly based on usability testing and real customer behaviour;

Qualifications & Skills

• Data-Informed Design Solutions :
• 3+ years of UX / UI design experience, in e-commerce or DTC environments;
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-informed design solutions across desktop and mobile;
• Proficiency in Figma :
• Experience maintaining design systems and working cross-functionally;
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Mouseflow, FullStory, or GA4;
• Additional Qualifications :
• Experience designing for Shopify storefronts and / or working with subscription or product customisation flows;
• Bonus : experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate design and research workflows;
