The opportunity

EY Consulting Services is a fast-growing area with significant potential. We are seeking a Manager to join our SAP enterprise applications team.

This team offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and leadership development opportunities. EY has established a national Center of Excellence focusing on Enterprise Intelligence, Risk Transformation, IT Risk, and Enabling Technologies, primarily designing and optimizing SAP solutions. Our team works with Fortune 1000 clients across various industries including Manufacturing, Pharma, Energy/Utilities, Transportation, Telecommunications, Entertainment/Media, Oil/Gas, and Retail.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager, you will develop methodologies, tools, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the ERP consulting market. You will participate in large SAP solution implementations, demonstrating both functional and technical leadership to solve client challenges.

• Be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting daily with clients at all levels, including executives.
• Possess strong written, verbal, presentation, and technical writing skills, with a keen interest in integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology.
• Work effectively with diverse teams and foster an inclusive, innovative environment.
• Deliver high-quality client services efficiently, managing timeframes and budgets, and proposing creative solutions when needed.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Stay updated on industry trends relevant to clients.
• Willing to travel up to 25-75% based on project needs.
• Have 8-10 years of SAP MDM experience, with at least 5 E2E implementations.
• Possess hands-on data migration skills in S/4HANA using Syniti ADMM, and knowledge of data loading methods like IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, and custom programs.
• Experience in setting up S/4HANA data migration architecture and providing technical leadership.
• Understand SAP data lifecycle, including data readiness, design, testing, validation, and cutover.
• Proficient in SQL or similar tools for source data analysis, and experienced in SAP data profiling and cleansing.
• Deep knowledge of SAP objects (e.g., MM, BP, Equipment) and functional modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, IM, EWM, etc.).
• Experience with SAP data conversion solutions for energy clients is a plus.
• Skilled in data extraction from on-premise and cloud sources, data profiling, de-duplication, transformation, reconciliation, and data orchestration within ADMM.

The salary range in British Columbia is $90,000 to $165,000, based on experience, education, skills, and location.
