CORNWALL

Chemotherapy Nurse

Salary between £38,480 - £42,640 depending on experience

Our client is a life sciences business specialising in patient access, engagement, and insight solutions. They provide healthcare to patients with long-term conditions, rare diseases, and cancer.

As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will be delivering high-quality care with increased job satisfaction by providing holistic, one-to-one care within the patient’s own home. You will be an RGN qualified in administering cytotoxic drugs, able to cannulate, and experienced in undertaking clinical assessments.

You will be part of an ambitious team, empowering each patient by offering personalised support. Based in Cornwall, you will travel throughout a regional area to deliver specialist treatment and make a real difference in people’s lives every day. Apply now and make a positive impact.

You will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in the patient's care plan, maintaining professional standards. You will be an ambassador for patient-focused care, providing quality nursing tailored to each patient's needs. All clinical data will be documented, and adverse drug events reported via the correct protocol. Building long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders will support treatment and recovery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge, address any gaps in clinical competency, and stay compliant with all policies and procedures.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as regional travel will be required to visit patients at home.
