Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking Professional Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers to join our safety-conscious Chemical Cleaning team in Fort McMurray. You will operate wet vat trucks, tankers, and other equipment to transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste between generators and Clean Harbors facilities.

Qualifications

• Currently hold a Class 1 or Class 3 license.
• Experience in heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Minimum of one year Oilsands or industrial experience.
• Must hold valid First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO certificates.

Responsibilities

• Operating and driving equipment to and from work sites.
• Ensuring proper loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous goods.
• Performing pre and post trip inspections.
• Communicating clearly with dispatchers.
• Doing roadside repairs as needed.
• Maintaining and cleaning company equipment.

Clean Harbors is looking for Professional Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers to join our safety conscious Chemical Cleaning team! • Must hold valid First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO certificates (will be required to provide proof prior to first day and site arrival). Training can be arranged.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
• Experience in a labor-intensive position and working outside in all types of weather conditions.
