Job summary

Dover Foods Solutions is seeking an experienced Batcher to support chemical batching operations in the manufacturing facility. You will receive raw materials, handle materials, and batch products from start to finish while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in a chemical batching environment, forklift operation, and the ability to work in a noisy, hot environment. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Formal education in line with the role or equivalent experience.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow SOPs.
• Reasonable math-reading skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store raw materials; manage material handling per FIFO.
• Batch and verify chemical formulations according to production orders.
• Operate batching machinery and maintain clean, safe work areas.
