WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based in Waterloo, ON, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the food services.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including ordering, managing inventory and budgets, menu planning, staff training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards as per Dana Hospitality. You will work closely with the client and Food Service Director to ensure the highest quality of food and service are delivered to our students and guests.
