Arctic Oil & Gas Services (AOGS) seeks a Chef & Kitchen Manager to lead camp kitchen and housekeeping operations in remote ISR camps. You will plan meals, manage inventory, and handle billing, scheduling, and payroll while enforcing food safety and AOGS standards.
The role requires experience managing kitchens in remote locations, strong administrative discipline, physical stamina for early starts, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a willingness to work Fly-In/Fly-Out rotations.

The Chef & Kitchen Manager is a dual-role leadership position responsible for overseeing both camp kitchen and housekeeping operations, with a clear mandate to deliver operational excellence in every aspect of service. The role is accountable for food and meal planning, inventory control, and all administrative functions related to billing, scheduling, and payroll, while maintaining full compliance with Food Safe, WHMIS, and all AOGS operational guidelines. The position requires sound judgment, irreproachable conduct, and strong administrative discipline, with a strong emphasis on training and supervising kitchen and housekeeping staff to consistently achieve excellence while enforcing AOGS standards, food safety programs, and workplace policies.
