Job description

Section A – Specific Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within the Decision Intelligence Team from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to understand needs, expectations, and project impact, developing strategies for effective engagement.
• Implement agile methodologies (SAFe) and facilitate scrum meetings to enhance team efficiency and adherence to agile principles.
• Define and track performance metrics to evaluate project success, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Section B – Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior role, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in project management or agile methodologies, such as PMP or Scrum Master, are a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency with agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, including Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in French and English

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and / or external clients outside Quebec and / or in the United States. Therefore, he / she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
