As part of the IT PMO team, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Operations, and IT to transform the enterprise and franchisee experience. You’ll lead projects focused on process transformation and automation, involving technology implementation for both Franchisees and the Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and project management expertise across multiple initiatives from planning to execution.
• Define and develop project roadmaps, collaborating with technical experts, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Manage and prioritize workstreams, ensuring effective governance, budgeting, and execution.
• Identify business challenges and implement innovative, tech-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver business value using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Transform data into insights to support decisions and improve project outcomes.
• Motivate and guide team members to deliver results on time and within budget.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging automation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the restaurant franchising industry.
• At least 3 years in project management or business analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong strategic and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
• Training or certification in Agile, RPA, Lean Six Sigma; PMP is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French, written and verbal.
