Relevant to the Principal Manager, Accounting and FP&A, the role involves partnering with business leaders. Key responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, annual budgeting, long-term planning, management reporting, and special projects.

Specific Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the head office teams in Canada to develop budgets and long-term plans.
• Perform monthly closing activities, including reviews and forecasts.
• Prepare summaries and presentations for executive management.
• Analyze variances and their impact on future results.
• Manage large data sets to improve reporting.
• Guide leaders to meet business and financial goals.
• Share best practices and standardize reports.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting, planning, analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP, FCCS, BPC (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player, adaptable to change.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Bilingual in French and English.

This role involves daily support to internal and external clients outside Quebec and / or the US, requiring fluency in English.
