Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to support a digital sales project to increase retail clients and onboarding in the Financial industry.

Overview:

The Digital Sales and Onboarding Origination Project aims to significantly enhance digital sales and onboarding performance, addressing the current gap with market leaders as identified by a recent Finalta benchmarking study. Focusing on retail clients in fiscal year 2026, the project will optimize the acquisition journeys for chequing, savings, credit card, and unsecured lines of credit products. This will involve streamlining online and mobile application flows, enabling product bundling, and strategically deploying pre-approved offers and prominent calls to action across digital channels. A key priority is creating a seamless and frictionless onboarding experience that meets market standards, validated by third-party assessment.

Must Have's:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Budget management, change management, process governance, product management, project delivery, strategic planning, project framing, and risk management
  • Experience with Agile Product Management
  • Business fundamentals including financial management
  • Tech strategy definition & road mapping

Responsibilities:

  • Enables an agile way of working and an organizational agile mindset, as well as encouraging good agile practices
  • Coaches team and on Agile process, such as writing useful user stories and managing backlog
  • Ensures team members are effectively onboarded onto projects
  • Supports planning, preparing, and conducting of Agile ceremonies
  • Reaches out to stakeholders in organization to remove impediments
  • Conducts training sessions on topics like Agile process, user stories, etc.
  • Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders
