Job Description

What your workday looks like …

  • You ensure smooth operations at your station, maintain a clean kitchen, and foster a team that works seamlessly together—even when the order list gets long.
  • You uphold the high standards of our cuisine and mentor our junior chefs and trainees to achieve this goal.
  • As a trained culinary professional, you lead your station and actively support all areas of the kitchen.

Qualifications

Your personality matters more than your resume …

  • You have completed culinary training and already gained experience in the hospitality industry (ideally in Italian cuisine).
  • You’re passionate about Italian cooking, and words like Tagliatelle Bolognese, Focaccia, and Cucina Popolare are second nature to you.
  • You work independently, are well-organized, and speak fluent German.
  • You bring not only your skills but also your unique personality to the table.
