Salary: £500 to £525 per week plus tips and end of season bonus

We are currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our family run, 4 star luxury hotel on St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly. St Marys is the largest of the 5 inhabited islands, 26 miles off the coast of Cornwall. The hotel consists of 38 rooms, some full of history within the original castle building itself and the remaining outside in the grounds with beautiful and unspoilt garden and sea views. The hotel has 2 award winning restaurants.
Contract: Seasonal (March-October)
Hours: 40 hours per week. With additional end of season bonus and holiday entitlement.

We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
To be successful in this role you must be well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
2 or more years’ experience working within the food industry
Keen attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition
Capable of working within a kitchen team environment
Takes personal pride in doing a fantastic job including having a very high standard of personal appearance
To liaise and communicate with other team members and other service departments in a clear and timely manner to ensure service delivery and team work.
