Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required or asset.
• Retail or cash experience of 1–2 years is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them through the checkout process.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest solutions to meet needs.
• Promote services such as credit, extended warranty, tool rental, and pro services.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies and minimize checkout line wait time.
