Job summary

Maersk in Mississauga is seeking a skilled Customs Brokerage professional to support imports by preparing and reviewing documentation and CAD entries, ensuring compliance with Canada Customs rules and company policies.

You will liaise with importers and CBSA, resolve rejected entries, and maintain accurate files while using Cargowise CW1 and MS Office tools. The role requires 3–4 years of experience, CCS certification, and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years+ experience in Customs Brokerage.
  • Must have valid and current CCS.
  • Understands and can utilize the Customs tariff.
  • Experience with Cargowise CW1 preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must know the basics of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Team player and works well on their own.

Pay Range:

$55,000-$60,000 CAD *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
