Success in this role is demonstrated through technical leadership and engagement ownership. The CPA is expected to independently manage complex engagements, exercise sound professional judgment, anticipate and resolve issues, provide effective guidance to junior staff, and bring significant risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Managers or Partners.
The CPA must maintain their designation in good standing and comply with applicable CPA professional and ethical requirements, Firm policies, and quality-management standards.
