This is a temporary full-time assignment up to approximately eighteen (18) months.
Sinai Health is looking for a Chart Room Clerk to support our Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team at our Vaughan location.
The role of the Chart Room Clerk is pivotal due to the high volume of documents that this individual processes, significantly contributing to the efficiency of information and patient flow and the criticality of maintaining accurate medical records. Responsibilities include daily maintenance of the electronic patient medical record, accurately filing results, reports and other health record related materials electronically and managing the offsite storage of paper charts.
