Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Hospital/clinical experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Functions as a member of the healthcare team, providing guidance, support, and coordination to the nursing team, ensuring quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
