Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, develop and deliver assigned projects within scope, schedule and contract budget. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, client collaboration, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety requirements.

You will oversee project teams, monitor progress, and communicate status to stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering value.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

For assigned projects:

• Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. At this level, projects managed are typically of moderate complexity, risk andexposure.
• Incollaborationwithclients,definesprojectscope,deliverablesandrequirements.
• Overseestheactivitiesofprojectteammembersandmonitorsprojecttaskcompletion.
• Communicatesprojectstatustorelevantconcerned parties.
• Ensuresprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinscope,budgetandrequirements,andcomplieswithallregulatory,environmentaland health and safetyrequirements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Developsandmaintainseffectiverelationshipswithclients.
• Responsibleforresolvingissues,managingclientexpectations,andensuringclientsatisfaction.
• Other duties asassigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Projectmanagement–provenabilityandexperienceindeliveringprojectson-time,on-budget,withinspecificationsandin-compliantwith allrequirementsincludingbutnotlimitedtoregulatory,environmental,health,andsafetyrequirements.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $54,185 - $67,732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
