Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking team members for the Changeover Crew to handle the setup and takedown of facility events, delivering championship service throughout the organization.

This on-site position pays 20.75 CAD per hour and requires overnight and weekend availability, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and adherence to safety standards. Union benefits apply; uniform top provided. Position open until December 11, 2026.

Qualifications

• Overnight and weekend availability with some late-afternoon shift flexibility.
• General labor/construction experience is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs unaided; safety boots required.
• Positive team spirit and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Convert seating, boards, glass, staging between events safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with internal customers and coworkers to meet goals.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized at all times.
• Work diligently to ensure safety of self and others at all times.
• Adhere to Oak View Group Venue Management standards and policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

As a valuable member of the Changeover Crew, you will deliver championship service throughout the organization. The Changeover Crew will be responsible for the setup/take-down of the facility events.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.75 CAD.

Responsibilities

• Convert seating, boards, glass, staging, etc. between events/games in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
• Communicate positively and professionally with internal customers and co-workers to meet organizational goals
• Ensure the work area and equipment are clean and organized at all times
• Work diligently to ensure the safety of self and others at all times
• Adhere to all Oak View Group Venue Management service standards and policies
• Perform all other duties as assigned
