Change Leader - Clinical Information Systems

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/French) Senior Change Leader with experience leading prescriber and clinician engagement for large-scale healthcare transformation projects, preferably within the public sector or Atlantic Canada. They should possess:
- 10+ years of experience in senior change management or healthcare leadership roles, including direct transformation work with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams.
- A proven track record of leading provincial or enterprise-wide CIS, EHR, or digital health transformation initiatives.
- Deep experience with clinical documentation, workflow redesign, and end-user adoption strategies in settings where patient safety and clinical compliance are critical.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading in-person and virtual engagement sessions with multidisciplinary clinical groups, using real-world scenarios, clinician-friendly language, and outcome-driven tools.
- Hands-on experience in collecting and responding to change readiness assessments, managing engagement plans using JIRA, and collaborating across HR, communications, and executive sponsors.
- Formal certification in Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent, with a structured methodology and adaptability in ambiguous or politically complex environments.
- A practical, confident, and collaborative approach, building trust quickly and leading frontline adoption across complex systems.
