Job description

Title:
Change Leader - Clinical Information Systems
Duration:
24 months (up to 4 yrs+ total)

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/French) Senior Change Leader with experience leading prescriber and clinician engagement for large-scale healthcare transformation projects, preferably within the public sector or Atlantic Canada. They should possess:

  1. 10+ years of experience in senior change management or healthcare leadership roles, including direct transformation work with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams.
  2. A proven track record of leading provincial or enterprise-wide CIS, EHR, or digital health transformation initiatives.
  3. Deep experience with clinical documentation, workflow redesign, and end-user adoption strategies in settings where patient safety and clinical compliance are critical.
  4. Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading in-person and virtual engagement sessions with multidisciplinary clinical groups, using real-world scenarios, clinician-friendly language, and outcome-driven tools.
  5. Hands-on experience in collecting and responding to change readiness assessments, managing engagement plans using JIRA, and collaborating across HR, communications, and executive sponsors.
  6. Formal certification in Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent, with a structured methodology and adaptability in ambiguous or politically complex environments.
  7. A practical, confident, and collaborative approach, building trust quickly and leading frontline adoption across complex systems.
