We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to support enterprise-level initiatives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Remote work may be considered upon approval!
Key Qualifications:
Bilingual – Excellent communication in both English & French
Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in L&D/Change Management
4+ years' experience in training development, delivery, and facilitation
4+ years' experience in Change Management
Bonus if you have:
• Led change for large, multi-functional teams
• Developed & delivered training across various user groups
• Managed post-go-live adoption & onboarding integration
• Measured change success using key adoption metrics
• Navigated user resistance & built sustainable solutions
• Worked in Housing or Loan Management domains
