Note

The location of work will be remote, but proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration.

Deliverables

The successful proponents must deliver the following to complete the engagement:

  1. Lead planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategies to foster shared ownership, collaboration, awareness, understanding of impacts and benefits, and motivate these groups to participate in the transformation.
  2. Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to deliver tactics that build readiness among Prescribers and Clinicians.
  3. Collaborate with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
  4. Lead the planning and coordination of engagement events, including preparing agendas, content, and translations.
  5. Lead the collection of Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician audiences.
  6. Oversee day-to-day work of team members supporting Prescriber and Clinician engagement activities as the CMC team grows.
  7. Plan, track, and manage tasks using the Program management tool - Jira.
  8. Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  9. Collect feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results, and adapt engagement tactics accordingly.

Requirement Detail/Qualifications

General Duties:

  • Proven experience in Change Management and development of change management programs.
  • Proven experience in developing training and communication plans.
  • Experience in delivering a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan.
  • Workshop facilitation experience.
  • Experience presenting to Senior Management.
  • Ability to identify and assess change impacts on business processes and technology.
  • Evaluate alternatives based on impact, cost/benefit, and propose implementation plans.
  • Engage stakeholders for effective change management.
  • Develop and implement change management processes and tools.
  • Manage team activities within scheduled time and budget.
  • Work independently or under supervision, providing leadership to business owners.
