LeverageTek is actively seeking a Change Management Specialist for a permanent fulltime position with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

• Hybrid: On-site (Ottawa) one day weekly

Key Tasks

• Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in the management of change initiatives across the organization and the successful delivery of projects
• Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
• Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and refining processes for the PMO and supporting the growth of the change management practice

Key Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project administration and change management
• Experience with Business and Process Impact Analysis
• Experience with project and change management activities using M365 and other similar tools

Qualifications

• Confident working with senior people
• Relevant post-secondary education, such as a diploma or B.A. in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Computer Science
• Experience guiding change management efforts in complex and evolving organizational environments
• You are organized, adaptable and comfortable applying change management methodologies to drive real-world results
• Your stellar communication and interpersonal skills help to influence and build trust in the change process
• Finally, you thrive in an “all hands-on deck” environment and can step in to support our small PMO team with ease and enthusiasm for new and existing projects.
• Change management or project management certification is preferred, including in the process of obtaining (e.g. CCMP, Prosci, CAPM, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, CBAP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. (proficiency in both French and English is strongly preferred)
