About The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support the continued implementation and adoption of Birdview, a project and resource management platform recently introduced within the organization.

The consultant will report to the Manager, Project Management Office.

• Develop and lead a structured change management approach to support successful implementation and user adoption


• Apply established change management methodologies, processes, and tools


• Support the transition from Microsoft Project to Birdview across multiple teams


• Assess organizational change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder needs


• Conduct process mapping to identify how Birdview should be integrated into existing workflows


• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communications activities


• Support the design and delivery of training programs, user guides, and other change enablement materials


• Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and ongoing support to users as they transition to the new platform


• Answer user questions and help teams navigate new processes and ways of working


• Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address it


• Identify change related risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies


• Develop actionable change management deliverables, including Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Training, and Resistance Management Plans


• Engage and support leaders throughout the implementation


• Coordinate change activities across multiple teams and stakeholder groups


• Track adoption, issues, success measures, and overall change management progress

About You

• Minimum 7 years working in a change management role


• Must have PMP Certification


• Prosci or CCMP an asset


• Significant experience leading software or technology related change management initiatives


• Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation and adoption of new enterprise software or business systems


• Strong hands‑on experience with user training, coaching, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption support


• Experience developing and executing structured change management plans and strategies


• Strong process mapping and business process integration experience


• Experience assessing change impacts, organizational readiness, stakeholder needs, and resistance


• Ability to work directly with employees and leaders to build confidence and buy in during a technology transition


• Strong organizational and project coordination skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in an active software implementation environment

Previous Birdview experience is not required.
