Job summary

Gestal is seeking a Project Manager - Change Agent to join our Mirabel-based program team in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. You will lead the change management aspects for deploying Planisware across the A220 program, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring training and communications support.

You will analyze impacted populations, define training strategies, support adoption, and contribute to project communications while working with a collaborative team in a dynamic aerospace context.

Job Description

Do you have experience as a change manager, have you worked in a project management office, and do you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Project Manager - Change Agent to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with several A220 program teams.

You will be part of the team dedicated to the deployment of Planisware, software for project management (planning, costs and portfolio). This team is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of the application to the entire A220 program.

The team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, by supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Project Manager - Change Agent will primarily be to be responsible for the change management component, ranging from the analysis of the impacted population, definition of training strategies, support for impacted populations and monitoring of change adoption. In addition, you will have a key role related to project communications (including drafting and distribution). You will be called upon to collaborate in the creation of part of the training material, while working as a team.

Your challenges:
