Job summary

Pilot Assessments in Dorval, Canada, is seeking a veteran flight test pilot to conduct production ground and flight tests to validate airworthiness and demonstrate aircraft capabilities.

You will lead Customer Acceptance flights and ferry flights, perform thorough pre- and post-flight activities, and coordinate with test pilots, maintenance, and program stakeholders. Expect travel on short notice while upholding strict safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Canadian ATPL and Class 1 medical.
• 3,500+ hours total time with 500+ hours as PIC on large multi-engine aircraft.
• Flexible to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.
• The right to live and work in Canada.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to perform aircraft-commander duties while maintaining professional relationships.
• Calm, sound decision-making under pressure in dynamic test environments.
• Working knowledge of MS Office for briefings, reports and documentation.
