ENDVR is looking for a CFO to join our leadership team and play a critical role in shaping our financial future as we prepare to scale. Reporting to the CEO and Co-founder Steve Gendron, the CFO will be responsible for planning and tracking the team’s financial strategy to achieve sustainable growth in a recurring revenue model.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has previously helped an early-stage, high-growth company successfully build and scale their financial strategy and operations.

What You'll Do

• Financial and Operational Leadership
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and treasury management for a SaaS business model
• Collaborate with the leadership team to craft a data-driven metrics dashboard that measures key performance indicators (KPIs), including MRR, ARR, CAC, churn, and gross margin
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and scalable subscription-based revenue
• Partner with the CEO, leadership team, board, and investors to optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment on strategic decisions to drive sustainable growth
• Secure funding through venture capital, debt financing, or other means to support scaling and product development
• Identify and implement process improvements that ensure efficient, automated, and scalable financial operations tailored to our environment
• Contribute to building a strong company culture with a focus on transparency, accountability, and performance

Financial Reporting

• Implement and maintain robust financial reporting systems and controls
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS
• Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Strategic Analysis

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment strategies

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record as a Head of Finance or similar senior financial role in a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting & Operations
• Deep understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize financial performance
• Executive-level presence, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
• Passion for building and scaling businesses
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with fundraising processes and venture capital landscape
• Experience working with brands and/or retailers a plus
