The Certified Teacher at e4c Early Learning Services supports preschool-aged children from low-income families, including those with speech and language diagnoses and complex learning needs such as ASD. Working within an interdisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and family support workers, you will design and deliver inclusive, child-centered learning experiences using the Flight Framework. This includes developing individualized program plans (IPPs), implementing and evaluating children's progress, and engaging families through collaborative meetings. The role emphasizes fostering communication, exploration, and overall development while demonstrating professional teaching standards in all interactions with children, families, and colleagues.
