Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC is seeking Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will deliver quality group and private lessons and provide world class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Starting wage is $21.00/hr with the potential to earn more through teaching incentives; full-time and part-time hours are available. Housing may be available for eligible seasonal employees.

Qualifications

• CSIA/PSIC/CASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service to all guests.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, assisting with lunch, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $57.06/hr
  • Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives
