Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / Medical Assistant (MA) Job in Jeffersonville, GA

This is a part-time, ongoing role.

The Certified Nurse Assistant will provide basic patient care under the supervision of the Vohra Physician and SNF Wound Care Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with wound care procedures, providing wound care education, and preparing patients for treatment.

Knowledge of wound care is helpful but not essential; Vohra Physicians will provide training and certification.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) in good standing with the State.
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff, patients/residents, and families.
• Compliance with local health regulations, including passing a physical exam, background check, and reference checks.
• Reliable attendance and daily travel to partner facilities.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Responsibilities:

• Assist Vohra Physician during bedside rounds as needed.
• Coordinate with SNF staff to ensure smooth rounds.
• Prepare patients for evaluations, assist with dressing, and perform skin assessments.
• Document wound measurements, locations, and treatment plans as dictated.
• Support telemedicine visits and use of video conferencing tools.
• Obtain written consent for procedures when required.
