Job summary

Purdys Chocolatier in Vancouver, BC is hiring a High Reach Forklift Driver to join our Warehouse team. This full-time, permanent role supports accurate order picking, packing, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate a narrow aisle high-reach forklift, maintain safety, and meet daily productivity targets. Availability Monday through Friday, 8.5-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM is required.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Narrow Reach Forklift Certification is required.
• Experience operating narrow-aisle high-reach forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good spoken and written English communication.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a narrow aisle high-reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Pick, scan, sort, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Support inventory movement and warehouse organization.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and areas.
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
• Follow GMP, SQF and safety requirements.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

What You'll Do

As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Operating a narrow aisle high-reach forklift safely and efficiently

• Supporting inventory movement and warehouse organization
• Ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations and common areas
• Meeting daily productivity and performance targets
• Following all GMP, SQF, and workplace safety requirements
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed

What You'll Bring

• Class 2 Narrow Reach Forklift Certification
• Experience operating narrow aisle high-reach forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• CSA-certified safety footwear
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment is an asset

Schedule & Location

Availability Required:
Must be available to work 8.5-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
