Passion Dental Group in Vaughan is hiring a Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) to join our clinics. You will assist the dentist chairside, prepare instruments, and help maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced practice.

We value patient care, teamwork, and growth. Eligible candidates hold Level II certification, HARP and CPR, and are available for evenings and weekends; proficiency with dental software and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Level II Dental Assistant.
• HARP and CPR certification required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
• Take and develop X-rays (if certified), and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
• Assist with procedures such as implants, extractions, bone grafts, and root canals.
