Job description

We're Hiring: Certified Dental Assistant Level II with Mandarin language skills – Versante Dental | Mississauga, ON

Versante Dental is our new clinic, opened in Oct 2026, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-driven Certified Dental Assistant to join our team

Role Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Wage: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
• Location: Mississauga
• Schedule: Flexible availability required for Days, Evenings, and Weekends (Clinics operate 7 days a week with extended operating hours)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
• Take and develop X-rays (if certified), and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
• Assist with procedures such as implants, extractions, bone grafts, and root canals.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Level II Dental Assistant.
• Knowledge of the Mandarin language is highly preferred
• HARP and CPR certification required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
